Zn掺杂改性TiO_2的制备及其光催化性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Zn掺杂改性TiO_2催化剂。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对制备的光催化剂进行表征,考察了该催化剂对亚甲基蓝废水的光催化降解性能。结果表明,Zn成功掺入TiO_2中,Zn掺杂改性TiO_2和纯TiO_2均属于锐钛矿TiO_2晶型。在催化剂投入量为1.5g/L、亚甲基蓝质量浓度为10mg/L、降解时间为0~2h条件下,Zn掺杂改性TiO_2催化剂对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率超过60%,明显高于纯TiO_2的降解率。 Zn-doped TiO2 catalysts were successfully prepared by sol-gel method.The products were characterized by X-ray and SEM,respectively.The photocatalytic performances of samples were investigated by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue(MB).The results showed that Zn was successfully doped into titanium dioxide,and both Zn-doped modified titanium dioxide and pure titanium dioxide belonged to a the crystal form of natase titanium dioxide.The degradation rate of MB solution by the catalyst exceeded 60%as the additive amount of Zn-doped TiO2 catalyst was 1.5 g/L,the mass concentration of MB was 10 mg/L and degradation time of 0~2 h,which was significantly higher than that of pure titanium dioxide.
