摘要
矽肺病发病机制十分复杂,至今还未完全阐明清楚。经典理论认为粉尘导致肺纤维化是一个慢性、有诸多生物学因素参与的生理病理过程,完整的矽肺动物模型的建立可以为发病机制及治疗方面的研究提供良好的工作基础。结合国内外近年来相关研究内容,本综述对一些常用和成熟的矽肺动物模型的建立进行了总结,为矽肺病基础研究和药物筛选与有效性评价提供参考。
The pathogenesis of silicosis is very complicated and has not been fully elucidated yet.The classical theory holds that the pulmonary fibrosis induced by dusts is a chronic puysiopathological prosess,involving many biological factors.The establishment of a complete silicosis animal model can provide a good working basis for the research on pathogenesis and treatment.This review summarizes the establishment methods of some common and mature models for silicosis on the basis of relevant research contents in recent years at home and abroad,thereby provides a reference for the mechanism study of silicosis and the screening evaluation of drug.
