荣成市儿童反复呼吸道感染影响因素调查分析

Analysis of influencing factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children in rongcheng city

目的探讨荣成市反复呼吸道感染儿童的家庭养育环境、营养状况、入托依从性、免疫状态等影响因素,为综合防治提供依据。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月0～6岁反复呼吸道感染患儿137例为研究组,选取同期住院的诊断急性上呼吸道感染,但不符合反复呼吸道感诊断标准的患儿130例为对照组。对两组患儿采取问卷调查的方式对家庭养育环境、入托依从性等进行调查,同时评估营养状况,采集血标本对免疫状态进行检测。对照分析反复呼吸道感染的影响因素。结果两组在父母的文化程度、居住环境、是否早产、纯母乳喂养时间、细胞免疫等方面比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);营养不良、父母吸烟、入托依从性、体液免疫等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荣成地区儿童反复呼吸道感染与儿童的营养不良、父母吸烟、入托依从性、体液免疫状态等因素密切相关,综合防治可从以上因素展开。

Objective To investigate the factors influencing family rearing environment, nutritional status, dependency and immunity status of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in rongcheng city, so as to provide a basis for comprehensive prevention and treatment.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, a total of 137 cases of children aged 0-6 years were treated in rongcheng maternal and child health hospital, which met the diagnostic criteria of recurrent respiratory infection, and were included in the study group. A total of 130 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection which did not meet the diagnostic criteria for recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly selected to be included in the control group. The children in the two groups were investigated by questionnaire to investigate the family upbringing environment and the compliance with care, at the same time, the nutritional status was evaluated and blood samples were collected to test the immune status. The influencing factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in parents’ education level, living environment, premature birth, exclusive breast-feeding time or cellular immunity between the two groups(P>0.05). There were significant difference in malnutrition, parental smoking, dependency, and humoral immunity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Recurrent respiratory tract infection of children in rongcheng area is closely correlated with malnutrition, smoking of parents, dependency and humoral immunity of children.
