结肠癌组织中H-钙黏蛋白和Mina53蛋白的表达及临床意义分析

Expression and Clinical Significance of H-Cadherin and Mina 53 Protein in Colonic Carcinoma Tissue

为探讨结肠癌组织中H-钙黏蛋白和Mina53蛋白的表达及临床意义,选取我院手术治疗的结肠癌患者50例,收集切除的结肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织标本进行研究,将100份组织标本做免疫组织学切片,并在显微镜下观察H-钙黏蛋白和Mina53蛋白阳性表达率及其阳性表达与病理参数(性别、年龄、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、Duckes分期、分化程度)关系。结果显示,H-钙黏蛋白在结肠癌组织中阳性表达率低于正常组织(P <0.05),Mina53蛋白在结肠组织中阳性表达率高于正常组织(P <0.05);H-钙黏蛋白和Mina53蛋白阳性表达均与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移、Duckes分期、分化程度有关(P <0.05)。结果表明,H-钙黏蛋白和Mina53蛋白在结肠癌中阳性率与正常组织存在差异,并可在一定程度上提示结肠癌发展情况,具有较高临床价值。

This study was to explore the expression and clinical significance of H-cadherin and Mina 53 protein in colonic carcinoma tissue,enrolled 50patients with colonic carcinoma who received surgery in author' s hospital,sampled their resected carcinoma tissue and normal tissue near to it for above research,i.e 100pieces of tissue specimen were made as immuno-histological sections,by microscopy detecting H-cadherin and Mina 53protein expression positive rate,and analysing the relation of their positive expression and the pathological parameters such as sex,age,lymph-node metastasis,neoplasm size,Duckes staging and differentiation degree,etc.As results,compared with normal tissue,the positive expression rate of H-cadherin and of Mina53protein were respectively lower,and higher than that of it(all,P <0.05);the positive expression of both proteins did not relate to patient's sex,age,neoplasm size(P >0.05),but related to lymph-node metastasis,Duckes staging and differentiation degree(P <0.05).Results show that in positive rate there was statistical difference between carcinoma tissue and normal one which could suggest carcinoma development status in certain degree,thus has higher clinical value.
