血清VEGF和MMP-2检测在结直肠癌诊断中的临床意义

Clinical significance of Detection of Serum VEGF and MMP-2 in the diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer

为探讨血清血管内皮因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)检测在结直肠癌诊断中的临床意义,采用随机抽取法选取行结直肠癌根治术患者60例(结直肠癌组)和健康体检者60名(对照组)作为研究对象。检测2组受检者血液样本血清VEGF和MMP-2水平,对比2组检测结果。结果显示,结直肠癌组患者术前血清VEGF和MMP-2水平均明显高于对照组;结直肠癌患者术后3个月的血清VEGF和MMP-2水平明显低于术前检测结果(P <0.05)。结直肠癌患者术后3个月的血清VEGF和MMP-2水平与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,血清VEGF和MMP-2检测在结直肠癌的诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值。

In order to investigate the clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)detection in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer,60patients( colorectal cancer group)and 60healthy persons(control group)were randomly selected as subjects. The level of blood samples of two groups was detected by serum VEGF and MMP-2,and their detection results were compared.As results,before operation the levels of serum VEGF and MMP-2in colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group.At 3months after operation the levels of serum VEGF and MMP-2in patients with colorectal cancer were significantly lower than those in patients with colorectal cancer before operation(P <0.05).At 3months after operation,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum VEGF and MMP-2between the patients with colorectal cancer and those in the control group(P >0.05).The results show that the detection of serum VEGF and MMP-2has high clinical applicaton value in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
