“三焦辨证”指导下脐疗治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Sanjiao Bianzheng" Guided Umbilical Therapy for Senior Chronic Functional Constipation

为探究"三焦辨证"指导下中药脐疗治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效,在"三焦辨证"理论指导下应用中药脐疗治疗老年慢性功能性便秘72例,观察并记录治疗前和治疗后的症状积分变化,对比分析治疗前后的临床疗效。结果显示,经2个疗程治疗后,患者在排便次数、排便间隔时间、大便性状、排便困难程度及综合疗效等方面有显著改善。结果表明,在"三焦辨证"理论指导下采用中药脐疗治疗老年功能性便秘,能明显改善患者临床症状,疗效确切,且应用简便安全,值得临床推广应用。

To investigate the clinical effect clinical of"Sanjiao Bianzheng" guided Chinese medicine umbilical therapy(UT)for senior chronic functional constipation(SCFC),72SCFC patients were treated with above therapy,their score change on pre-and postoperative symptoms were observed and recorded,so that analysed the effect.As results,after treatment of 2medical courses patient's defecation frequency and interval, faece characters,dyschesia degree,and combined effect,etc got all improved significantly.Results show that"Sanjiao Bianzheng" guided UT for SCFC can significantly improve clinical symptoms,achieve certain effect,and is easy and safe.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
