自拟祛风止痒汤熏洗坐浴治疗肛周湿疹36例临床观察

Self-designed Qufeng Zhiyang Tang for Fuming & Wash Sitz Bath in the Treatment of Perianal Eczema:Clinical Observation on 36 Cases

为观察自拟祛风止痒汤熏洗坐浴治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效,选择72例肛周湿疹患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组采用自拟祛风止痒汤熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部外涂,比较2组治疗疗效与复发情况。结果显示,治疗组总有效率、复发率均明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,自拟祛风止痒汤熏洗坐浴治疗肛周湿疹疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

To observe the clinical effect of self-designed Qufeng Zhiyang Tang(a TCM formula,shortly named Tang)for fuming &wash sitz bath in the treatment of perianal eczema(PE),72cases were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into treatment group and control one(36cases for each),the former received Tang for fuming &wash sitz bath,while the latter adopted Azmacort Yikangzuo ointment to locally externally paint;then both group's effect and recurrence status were compared.As results,in total effective rate and recurrence rate the former were all significantly superior to the latter,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Results show that the above Tang for PE has significant effect and low recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
