仙方活命饮熏洗在肛周脓肿术后的应用效果

Application of Xianfang Huoming Yin Fuming-wash on Postoperative Perianal Abscess

为观察仙方活命饮熏洗在肛周脓肿术后的应用效果,选取2017年7月至2018年7月我院收治的肛周脓肿术后患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组术后给予1∶5 000PP液熏洗创面,观察组术后给予仙方活命饮熏洗,比较2组创面愈合时间、临床症状改善情况等指标。结果显示,治疗后观察组患者在创面愈合时间、肛门疼痛评分方面均优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组症状积分明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后2组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,但观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,仙方活命饮熏洗在肛周脓肿患者术后恢复中效果确切,可显著改善患者临床症状,并降低术后疼痛程度及炎症因子水平,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。

In order to observe the application effect of Xianfang Huoming Yin fuming-wash on postoperative perianal abscess,120cases of perianal abscess treated in author's hospital from July 2017to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n =60,received Xianfang Huoming Yin fuming- wash after operation)and control group(n =60,received wounds fuming-wash with 1∶5 000PP solution after operation).The wound healing time and the improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.As results,in the time of wound healing and the score of anal pain the observation group was all better than the control group(P <0.05),and the symptom score in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment, the level of IL-6,TNF-αin both groups was lower than that before treatment,but the level of IL-6,TNF-αin observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P <0.05).The results show that Xianfang Huoming Yin fuming-wash is effective in postoperative recovery of patients with perianal abscess, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,reduce the degree of pain and inflammatory factors after operation,and promote the recovery of the patients,which was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
