复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴在肛瘘术后的疗效观察

Compound Jingjie Fumigation & Wash Agents Used at Postoperation of Anal Fistula:Effect Observation

为探讨复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴在肛瘘术后的临床疗效。将86例肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。观察组肛瘘术后采用复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴,对照组肛瘘术后采用1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。观察2组创面渗血、水肿、疼痛等临床指标及疗效。结果显示,观察组总有效率为93.02%显著高于对照组76.74%,临床指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,肛瘘术后采取复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴可提高疗效,改善疼痛、出血、水肿等并发症,能促进患者康复。

To investigate the effect of Compound Jingjie furnigation & wash agents used at postoperation of anal fistula,86cases were randomly divided into observation group(43cases adopted above agents for fuming & wash sitz bath)and control one(43cases,1∶5 000PP solution for sitz bath);then both group's wound-surface staxis,edema,and pain,as well effect were compared.As results,in total effective rate,in above indexes the former was significantly high than(93.02%vs 76.74%),superior to the latter,there was statistical difference(all,P <0.05).Results show that above agents for fuming & wash sitz bath can enhance the effect of anal fistula,improve complication as pain,edema and bleeding,etc,promote patients recovered.
