临床护理路径对混合痔术后疗效的影响

Influence of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Postoperative Effect of Mixed Hemorrhoids

为评价临床护理路径对混合痔患者术后疗效的影响,选取60例手术治疗的混合痔患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用临床护理路径干预,对照组采用肛肠科常规护理。观察比较2组患者疼痛程度评分、焦虑程度评分、尿潴留发生率、留置导尿时间和患者满意度。结果显示,2组患者在疼痛程度评分、焦虑程度评分、尿潴留发生率及留置导尿时间方面比较,治疗组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),在患者满意度方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,对混合痔手术患者实施临床护理路径干预,可以减轻患者术后疼痛,减少尿潴留发生率,缩短导尿管留置时间,缓解患者焦虑情绪,有利于提高护理质量和患者满意度。

This study was to estimate the influence of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) on postoperative effect of mixed hemorrhoids, enrolled 60 cases underwent surgery and randomly divided them into treatment group and control one (30 cases for each), for the former with CNP, while for the latter with routine nursing currently used in anorectal department;then observed and compared both group's scores on patient's pain degree and patient's anxiety degree, incidence of uroschesis, indwelling time of catheter as well as patient's satisfactory degree.As results, except for patient's satifactory degree of the former being superior to that of the latter (P <0.05), above rest items in the former were all lower than that in the latter (P<0.05).Results show that implementing CNP intervention to patients of mixed hemorrhoids after surgery can reduce patient's postoperative pain, decrease incidence of uroschesis, shorten indwelling time of catheter, and relieve patient's anxiety moon, which is helpful to enhance nursing quality and patient's satisfactory degree.
