Determination and Uncertainty Evaluation of Clenbuterol,Ractopamine and Salbutamol in Methanol Solution

采用有证标准物质和市售纯品为标准物质原料,经过定性和纯度核验的研究,采用重量-容量法配制了甲醇中克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺和沙丁胺醇3种溶液标准物质,经均匀性和稳定性检验合格,并进行了定值、均匀性和稳定性的不确定度评估。甲醇中克伦特罗溶液、甲醇中沙丁胺醇溶液和甲醇中莱克多巴胺溶液,已被批准为国家二级标准物质,标准物质的研制为农产品质量安全相关项目的监测与风险评估提供了溯源保障。

The certified reference material and pure products after qualitative and purity verification were used.The clenbuterol, ractopamine and salbutamol in methanol solution were prepared by a gravity-volume method, then were investigated homogeneity, stability and uncertainty evaluation.Finally, clenbuterol, ractopamine and salbutamol in methanol have been approved as the national secondary standard materials,which could provide traceability for the program of monitoring and risk assessment of agricultural product.
