联合应用功能活动评分在胃癌术后疼痛管理中的应用

Application of combined use of functional activity score in postoperative pain management of patients underwent surgery for gastric cancer

目的观察联合应用功能活动评分在胃癌患者术后疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法手术治疗的胃癌患者58例随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后采用数字疼痛评估量表(NRS)评估,观察组患者术后采用NRS联合功能活动评分法评估疼痛情况,并根据结果给予相应镇痛措施。比较两组患者术后24 h疼痛管理质量、镇痛满意度及术后生理功能恢复情况。结果观察组术后24 h疼痛最大程度、疼痛最轻程度以及平均疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛处理效果满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次下床活动时间、术后48 h累计睡眠时间及术后住院时间均较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论改良疼痛评估可较为客观反映胃癌患者术后镇痛效果,指导术后疼痛管理。

Objective To observe the efficiency of combined use of functional activity score(FAS) in the postoperative pain management of the patients underwent surgery for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 58 patients underwent surgery for gastric cancer was randomly and equally divided into two groups.The postoperative pain management in group A was performed by evaluation with numeric pain intensity scale(NRS),which in group B was performed by combined use of NRS and FAS.The quality of postoperative pain management,satisfaction to analgesia and postoperative physiological function recovery within 24 hours after surgery were compared between two groups.Results Compared with group A within 24 hours after surgery,the maximum,minimum and average scores of NRS were all less and the satisfaction of patients to analgesic treatment was better in group A(P<0.05).The first time of getting out of bed was earlier,the cumulative sleep time within 48 hours after surgery was longer and the postoperative hospital stay was shorter in group B than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficiency of combined use of NRS and FAS is better than NRS alone in objectively reflecting postoperative analgesic effect and guiding postoperative pain management in the patients underwent surgery for gastric cancer.
