从生鲜电商零售额与生鲜电商产品规模视角探讨了城乡双向流通冷链物流市场规模,同时分析冷库整体建设情况,以此研究绿色发展理念指引下城乡双向流通冷链物流的影响因素及其相关对策。提出促进绿色冷链物流资源配置平衡性,加大冷库建设补贴、丰富农村冷库功能、发展农村地区绿色冷链物流企业,加大绿色冷链物流技术研发、合理布局网点、提升冷链物流信息共享程度、积极储备绿色冷链物流复合型人才等,从而促进城乡双向流通绿色冷链物流的发展。

It proposes to promote the balance of green cold chain logistics resource allocation, increase subsidies for cold storage construction, enrich rural cold storage function, develop green cold chain logistics enterprises in rural areas, increase the research and development of green cold chain logistics technology, rationally lay out outlets, enhance the information sharing of cold chain logistics, and actively reserve green cold chain logistics compound talents, thus promoting the development of urban and rural two-way circulation green cold chain logistics.
