基于混合换流技术的交直流接触器无弧控制策略 被引量:5

摘要 针对大容量交直流接触器通断过程造成的触头烧损问题,提出一种基于混合换流技术的交直流接触器无弧控制策略,其融合了强迫过零和自然换流的优势,结合触头信号闭环反馈控制,解决了现有强迫过零技术触头零电压恢复时间短、控制策略受机构动作分散性影响等问题,实现触头系统交直流通用无弧分断,控制策略适用于不同的电磁机构。提出的新型电路拓扑方案,通过理论分析和计算得到了最佳控制参数,实现触头电流快速过零和反向电流100%的利用率。对所提控制策略的工作原理进行仿真与实验分析,验证了控制策略的有效性。 A no-arc control strategy of AC/DC contactor based on hybrid commutation technology was proposed to solve the problem of contact burn caused by switching arc of large capacity AC/DC contactor. The control strategy combines the advantages of forced zero crossing and natural commutation techniques, and combined with contact signal closed-loop feedback control, which solves the problem that the zero-voltage recovery time is short and the control strategy is affected by the decentralization of the mechanism. The control strategy has achieved contact system AC/DC universal and no-arc breaking, and it is suitable for different electromagnetic mechanisms. The new circuit topology scheme was proposed, and the optimal control parameters were obtained by theoretical analysis and calculation, and achieved the contact current with the fastest zero-crossing rate and 100%reverse current utilization. The working principle of the proposed control strategy was analyzed by simulations and experiments and the effectiveness was verified.
