Professional responsibility construction of academic journal editors

【目的】研究学术期刊编辑人员的职业责任建设策略,强调加强学术期刊编辑人员职业责任建设的重要性,为学术期刊编辑人员职业责任建设提供思路。【方法】在对职业责任进行界定与分类的基础上,从岗位责任和伦理责任两个方面研究学术期刊编辑人员职业责任建设。【结果】完善编辑人员岗位责任制度,建立基本的岗位责任;通过伦理责任建设,培养编辑人员的职业责任感。【结论】学术期刊编辑人员职业责任关系到期刊质量和期刊发展,必须重视职业责任建设。

[Purposes] This paper aims to study the professional responsibility construction strategies of academic journal editors, emphasize the importance of strengthening the professional responsibility construction of academic journal editors, and provide ideas for the construction of professional responsibility construction of academic journal editors.[Methods] On the basis of the definition and classification of professional responsibility, we studied the professional responsibility construction of academic journal editors from the aspects of post responsibility and ethical responsibility.[Findings] Academic journals should improve the post responsibility system for editors and establish basic post responsibility;cultivate the professional responsibility of editors through ethical responsibility building.[Conclusions] The professional responsibility of academic journal editors is related to the quality and development of journals. We should pay attention to the construction of professional responsibility.
