青年编委会对科技期刊长效发展的作用——以《含能材料》为例

Role of young editorial board in the long-term development of scientific journals: Taking Chinese Journal of Energetic Materials as an example

【目的】探讨青年编委会的组建方法及青年编委会对期刊质量提升的作用。【方法】以《含能材料》为例,从青年编委会的队伍建设、青年编委助力期刊内容提升、搭建青年编委学术交流平台3个方面出发,剖析青年编委会组织架构与成员的遴选条件,提出通过组建青年编委专辑,邀请青年编委审稿,搭建平台展示青年编委科研心得体会,增进青年编委学术交流等方式促进青年编委参与期刊出版活动,促进期刊质量提升,助力青年学者成长。【结果】青年编委参与期刊发展,可提高期刊约稿比例,提升期刊内容质量,丰富期刊衍生平台推文形式,提高用户黏性。细致严谨的审稿有利于提升期刊传播内容的学术质量。期刊致力于搭建平台和增进青年编委间的学术交流,可促进青年编委学术关系的积累,增强青年编委对期刊的向心力和归属感。【结论】青年编委是期刊核心竞争资源的潜力所在,应注重发掘和管理,促进青年编委队伍建设与效能发挥,助力期刊长效发展。

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the methods of establishing the young editorial board and the role of the young editorial board in improving the quality of journals. [Methods] Taking Chinese Journal of Energetic Materials as an example,the organizational structure of young editorial board and the selection of its members were analyzed from the team building,the promotion of the journals contents,and the establishment of their academic exchange platforms. Journals should set up a young editorial board album,invite young editorial board members to go deep into the review of manuscripts,show the experiences in scientific research,and promote academic exchanges among young editorial board members to promote their participation in journal publishing activities,promote the quality of journals,and help the growth of young scholars. [Findings] The participation of young editorial board in the development of journals can increase the proportion of invited manuscripts,improve the content quality,and enrich the forms of journal derivative platform tweets to promote the user stickiness. The careful and rigorous review comments are conducive to improving the academic quality of journal content. The journals are committed to building a platform and promoting academic exchanges among the young editorial board members,which can promote the accumulation of their academic relations and enhance their centripetal force and sense of belonging to the journals. [Conclusions] The young editorial board members are the potential core competitive resources of journals. We should pay attention to their exploration,management,team construction,and effectiveness to help the long-term development of journals.
