摘要
【目的】系统介绍《中国科技期刊发展蓝皮书(2017)》的内容和成书背景。【方法】通过文献调研与分析,探讨该书的学术意义和现实价值。【结果】该书展现中国科技期刊的整体图景,比较分析中外科技期刊的发展现状及增长趋势,更进一步探讨其背后的历史、环境机制差异等影响因素,启发多种期刊研究角度。【结论】《中国科技期刊发展蓝皮书(2017)》为中国科技期刊的发展、成长指出较为清晰的发展路径,并提出具有可行性的建议。
[Purposes] This paper aims to systematically introduce the content and background of Blue Book on China’s Scientific Journal Development. [Methods] Through the literature research and analysis,the thesis and research methods involved in Blue Book on China’s Scientific Journal Development were analyzed,and its academic significance and practical value were discussed.[Findings] Blue Book on China’ s Scientific Journal Development shows the overall picture of Chinese scientific journals. The development status and growth trend of domestic and overseas STM journals are compared with empirical research methods,and the influencing factors such as history and environmental mechanism differences are explored,which inspires the various research perspective for Chinese scientific journals. [Conclusions] Blue Book on China’s Scientific Journal Development points out a clear development path and proposes feasible suggestions for Chinese scientific journals.
