多模态数据融合的“互联网+警务”模式研究 被引量:5

摘要 "互联网+警务"是以适应新时代的公安形势需求,促进创新社会管理信息化转型,提升动态环境下公安防控能力为目标。对海量分散式多模态数据进行统一规划、统一建设、统一管理、统一共享,通过合理的数学算法对不同模态数据进行采集、分析和建模,挖掘出各类数据背后所蕴涵的内在的、必然的因果关系,进而研判出某一事件发生的概率,科学预测其发展趋势。结果表明,利用多模态数据融合探索出了"互联网+警务"的创新模式应用,推动了警务机制与"互联网+"有机融合,促进了传统警务向"智慧警务"转型升级。 The goal of "Internet + policing" is to adapt to the needs of the public security situation in the new era,promote the transformation of social management informatization, and to improve the capability of public security prevention and control under the dynamic environment. Massive distributed multimodal data for unified planning, unified construction, unified management, unified sharing, continuously provide Internet + policing actual combat platform with fresh and high quality data service, through the reasonable mathematical algorithm for different modal data collection,analysis and modeling, data mining contained behind the inherent, inevitable causality, and then read out the probability of a certain event occurs, scientific forecast its developing trend. The results demonstrate the application of the innovative mode and the organic integration of the police mechanism, and indicate that "Internet +" is promoted the transformation traditional policing to "intelligent policing".
