高压线监测终端机器人安装系统的设计与研究

Structural Design and Research of Robot System for Transmission Line Monitor Installation

摘要 线路监测终端是输电线路在线监测技术架构的重要组成部分,监测终端的安装作业目前仍然依赖人工近距离安装。针对BC3000型监测终端的安装需求,提出了一种新型输电线路监测终端机器人安装系统,创新设计了无人机一绝缘柔索一安装手的系统结构。为验证方案可行性,系统被抽象为双摆系统并建立动力学模型,进行数值仿真分析。系统重要组件经过静力学分析和校核,其强度、刚度符合设计要求。 The line monitoring terminal is an important component of the transmission line online monitoring system. Installation of monitoring terminals still relies on manual close operation. Aiming at the security requirement of BC3000 monitoring terminal, a new type of robot installation system for transmission line monitoring terminal is presented. The system structure of UAV-insulated flexible cable-special installation hand is innovatively adopted. A double pendulum system is established and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out to verify the stability. Finally, the static finite element analysis of the important components is carried out to check the strength and stiffness meet the requirements.
