Static and Vibration Modal Analysis of Mechanical Parking Equipment Based on Finite Element Method

摘要 针对近年来机械式停车设备安全事故频发问题,以最为典型的升降横移类机械式停车设备为研究对象,采用CAD/CAE技术开展结构静力分析与振动模态研究。首先应用SolidWorks软件建立停车设备三维实体模型,然后导入ANSYS Workbench开展有限元分析,得到停车设备在空载和满载时的最大变形、最大应力和最大应变,以及各阶固有频率的对应振型。通过与螺栓和型材结构的许用变形量和许用应力对比,验证了停车设备使用的安全性,为机械式停车设备的结构安全性验证提供了有效快捷的分析方法,也为该类型停车设备的结构优化设计和检验检测提供了理论依据和有效参考。 Aiming at the frequent accidents of mechanical parking equipment in recent years, the structural static analysis and vibration modal research of the most typical lifting and transverse mechanical parking equipment were carried out by using CAD /CAE technology. Firstly, a three-dimensional solid model of parking equipment was built by Solid Works software, and then finite element analysis was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software. The maximum deformation, maximum stress, maximum stra in , natural frequencies and corresponding modes of parking equipment under no-load and full-load were obtained. And the safety of the parking equipment has been verified by comparing with the allowable deformation and stress of the bolt and the profile structure. This study provides an effective and fast analysis method for structural safety verification of mechanical parking equipm ent, and also provides a theoretical basis and effective reference for structural optimization design and inspection of this type of parking equipment.
