高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中5种着色剂含量 被引量:7

摘要 为了提高对化妆品中着色剂的质量监督水平,对《化妆品安全技术规范》中5种着色剂的高效液相色谱检测方法进行改进和完善,增加了乳液样品的处理方法,并研究了不同材料滤膜对方法回收率的影响。采用不同的溶剂超声提取样品,选择C18色谱柱,乙腈+四丁基氢氧化铵-柠檬酸缓冲溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱分离,流速1.0 mL/min,在416、484和514 nm下分别测定5种着色剂的含量。5种着色剂在0.2~10.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为1.9~2.2 mg/kg,四种基质的方法回收率为80.3%~120.6%。试验结果表明通用型尼龙滤膜会严重降低其中2种着色剂的回收率,采用PEFE滤膜替代常规的尼龙滤膜,可以达到满意的回收率,该方法可作为化妆品中着色剂检测方法的细化和补充。 To improve the quality of inspection for the colorants in cosmetics, the method for determining the contents of five colorants in cosmetics by HPLC according to the method in "Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics" was modifled, the treatment method for emulsion samples was added, and the effects of different membrane materials on the recovery of the method were studied. Different solvents were used to ultrasonically extract the samples, and the samples were separated on a C18 column, acetonitrile-TBAOH-hydroxide citric acid buffer solution was used as mobile phase, then gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with wavelengths of 416, 484 and 514 nm for five kinds of colorants, respectively.The method had good linear relationship between 0.2 mg/L and 10.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99.The detection limits ranged from 1.9 mg/kg to 2.2 mg/kg. The recoveries of four substrates were between 80.3% and 120.6%.The experimental results showed that the general-purpose type of nylon membrane had greatly decreased the recovery rates of two kinds of colorants. When the PEFE membrane was used to instead of the conventional nylon membrane, a satisfactory recovery rate was achieved. This method can be used as a supplementary inspection method for the detection of colorants in cosmetics.
