高效液相色谱法测定婴幼儿湿巾中木糖醇含量

Determination of Xylitol Content in Baby Wet Wipes by HPLC

运用高效液相色谱法来测定婴幼儿湿巾中木糖醇的含量,采用氨基柱进行实验,选用乙腈∶水(90∶10)作为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,示差检测器检测,实验数据显示回收率范围为96.3%～98.0%,RSD为0.60%,整个测量过程操作比较简单,结果比较理想。

The content of xylitol in baby wet wipes was determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC). Xylitol was separated successfully on NH2 column by using acetonitrile-water ( 90: 10) as the mobile phase under the flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min. It was detected by the refractive index detector. The results showed that the recoveries of standard addition were in the range of 96. 3%~ 98. 0% with precision of 0. 60% RSD. The whole measuring process was simple and the results were desired.
