Based on a profound patent litigation which lasted six years in paper making field, the paper discussed how to draft high quality patent claim. According to the three examination decisions on request for invalidation by PATENT REEXAMINATION BOARD OF CNIPA, and the patent claim drafting changes in patent application document and final patent document, the paper discussed the advantages of these patent claims drafting, so as to provide advice and inspiration for enterprises in this filed.
