摘要
在室内毒力测定的基础上,采用离体叶片饲养法,研究了啶虫脒亚致死剂量(LC_(25)、LC_(15)、LC_5)对豌豆蚜生长发育和繁殖的影响。发现啶虫脒对豌豆蚜的致死中浓度LC_(50)为2.751 mg/L。不同亚致死剂量对豌豆蚜的生长发育和繁殖也均有显著影响。经不同亚致死剂量处理后,豌豆蚜若蚜发育历期明显延长,而成蚜期、成蚜产蚜天数、平均产蚜量和日平均产蚜量与对照相比明显缩短或降低,亚致死剂量越大差异越明显。表明了啶虫脒亚致死剂量对豌豆蚜生长发育和繁殖均具抑制作用。
Toxicity test was carried out indoor and the effects of sublethal doses of acetamiprid(LC25, LC15 and LC5) on the growth and reproduction of pea aphid Acyrthosiphon pisum were studied by in vitro leaf feeding method. The results showed that lethal dose of 50% of acetamiprid on pea aphid was 2.751 0 mg/L. Different sublethal doses of acetamiprid had significant effects on growth and reproduction parameters of pea aphid(P<0.05). The developmental duration of pea aphids with different sublethal doses of acetamiprid treatment was significantly prolonged, but the adult longevity,reproduction period, mean fecundity per female and mean daily aphid yield were significantly shortened or decreased,compared with the control group. With increasing of sublethal dose of acetamiprid, difference was more significant than the control. It indicated that the sublethal dose of acetamiprid could inhibit the growth and reproduction of pea aphid.
