德国Galli心理剧治疗对少年精神障碍患者社会适应能力及疗效的干预研究

Social Adaptive Capacity and the Curative Effect of the German Galli Psychodrama Therapy for the Young with Mental Disorders of Intervention Study

目的探讨德国Galli心理剧治疗对少年精神障碍患者的社会适应能力及疗效的干预效果。方法 60例少年精神障碍患者按入组先后顺序分为研究组和对照组,各30例,用社会适应能力诊断量表、临床大体印象量表(CGI)分别在治疗前1天、治疗4周后的次日进行评定,比较两组评分变化。结果社会适应能力诊断量表的评分,两组治疗前后差值无显著性差异(P>0.05),临床大体印象量表的评分,两组治疗前后差值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论德国Galli心理剧治疗可提高少年精神疾病患者的疗效,但对社会适应能力的改变无明显效果。

Objective To explore whether the German Galli psychodrama therapy can improve the social adaptive capacity and the curative effect of juvenile mental disorders. Method 60 cases of juvenile psychiatric patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into study group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the order of the group. Both groups received assessment with SAC(social adaptive capacity)and CGI(clinical global impression)before and after therapy. Result There was no significant difference,about scores of SAC,between the study group and the control group before and after the intervention(P>0.05). There were significant differences,about scores of CGI,between the control groups before and after the intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion The German Galli psychodrama therapy can help to improve the efficacy of juvenile patients with mental disorders,but has no obvious effect on the level of social adaptive capacity.
