围术期心理护理干预对四肢骨折患者术后镇痛效果及焦虑状况的影响

The Study of the Effect of Postoperative Analgesia and Anxiety of Limb Fracture Patients with the Treatment of Per Operative Psychological Nursing Intervention

目的探讨围术期心理护理干预对四肢骨折患者术后镇痛效果及焦虑状况的影响。方法选取2013年1月～2016年12月收住院的四肢骨折患者200例,随机分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予围术期心理护理干预,对比两组患者的VAS评分、SF-36评分、焦虑抑郁评分及患者满意度。结果观察组患者VAS评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、患者满意度显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论围术期心理护理干预能够显著改善四肢骨折患者术后疼痛状况,缓解患者焦虑抑郁状态,提高患者生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,具有重要的临床价值,值得在临床应用推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of postoperative analgesia and anxiety of limb fracture patients with the treatment of per operative psychological nursing intervention. Methods 200 limb fracture patients from January 2013 to December 2016 in our hospital were chosen and divided into control group(100 case)and observation group(100 cases),the patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing,the patients in observation group were treated with per operative psychological nursing intervention on the base on conventional therapy,to compare the VAS score 、anxiety score 、 depression score 、SF-36 score、 satisfaction of patients. Results The VAS score 、anxiety score 、 depression score 、 SF-36 score of the patients in observation group were significant better than control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the patients in observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of per operative psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the VAS score、anxiety score and depression score,improve the SF-36 score of limb fracture patients after operation,can improve the satisfaction of the patients,had important clinical value,worthy of promotion in clinical application.
