零售商公平关切下三级生鲜农产品供应链协调

Supply Chain Coordination of Three-level Fresh Agricultural Products Based on Fairness Concerns of Retailers

在三级生鲜农产品供应链框架下,研究零售商公平关切的情况产生的影响,并通过成本分担的收益共享契约对供应链进行协调。研究发现,由于分散式决策存在双重边际效应,需要设计契约来进行协调;契约参数满足一定条件时,成本分担的收益共享契约可以实现协调;契约参数和零售商对不同节点企业利润的公平关切程度会对零售商效用产生不同程度的影响。

Under the framework of the three-level fresh agricultural produce supply chain, this paper studies influence of the retaile’s fairness concerns, and coordinates the supply chain by revenue-sharing contract, which combined with costsharing mechanism. A designed contract can coordinate the supply chain due to the double marginal effect of decentralized decision-making. Revenue-sharing contract, combined with cost-sharing mechanism, can achieve supply chain coordination when the contract parameter satisfies a certain condition.What’s more, the contract parameters and the retailer’s fairness concern about the profits of different nodes have different influences on retailer’s utility.
