新管幕顶管施工影响顶进阻力因素分析

摘要 下穿火车站工程施工对沉降变形控制要求较高,因此,需研究分析出影响因素对新管幕顶管施工影响情况。以太原市迎泽大街下穿火车站通道工程为依托,系统分析顶进过程中主要影响因素。其主要得到以下研究成果。(1)地应力释放率会使得顶管施工过程中的力学特性发生较大改变,要做到及时的跟进进行充填注浆处理等扰动处理,从而减少地应力的释放。(2)在钢管管壁外进行的地层加固会对顶管的力学特性产生较为明显的影响,根据不同的地层情况采用不同的注浆参数以及注浆工艺,减少及控制地层的变形量从而使得钢管受力较小。(3)根据新管幕顶管施工影响顶进阻力变化规律的分析结果探讨了新管幕法在穿越火车轨道时引起的路堤稳定性的问题的控制措施。 The construction of Xiacheng Railway Station has high requirements for settlement deformation control. Therefore,it is urgent to study and analyze the influence of influencing factors on the construction of new pipe curtain pipe. Based on the channel project of Yingze Street under the railway station in Taiyuan City,the system mainly analyzes the main influencing factors in the process of jacking. It mainly obtains the following research results.(1)The release rate of ground stress will cause a large change in the mechanical properties during the construction process of the pipe jacking,and it is necessary to follow up the disturbance treatment such as filling and grouting treatment in time to reduce the ground stress freed.(2)The reinforcement of the stratum outside the wall of the steel pipe will have a significant impact on the mechanical properties of the pipe jacking. Different grouting parameters and grouting techniques are adopted according to different stratum conditions to reduce and control the deformation of the stratum. Steel pipes are less stressed.(3)According to the analysis results of the variation law of the jacking resistance of the new pipe curtain pipe construction,the control measures of the stability of the embankment caused by the new pipe curtain method when crossing the train track are discussed.
