摘要
下穿火车站工程施工对沉降变形控制要求较高,积累误差过大将导致火车无法正常运行,因此,需一种满足沉降变形要求的新工艺。以太原市迎泽大街下穿火车站通道工程为依托,通过理论分析与现场施工相结合的技术手段,建立一套完整的施工工艺,其主要得到以下研究成果:(1)对以往施工经验进行总结,形成顶管施工工艺的原理,建立一套完整的施工工艺,并总结了该工艺的特点及适用范围;(2)研究了顶管施工工艺的关键性技术,并对技术措施进行理论分析和数值计算,验证了技术可行性;(3)通过对顶管施工技术的应用,工程的顶进效果达到了设计的要求,验证了该技术的合理性与有效性。
The construction of the tunnel under the railway station has high requirements for settlement deformation control. If the accumulation error is too large, the train will not operate normally. Therefore, a new process that meets the requirements of settlement deformation is urgently needed. Based on the channel project of Yingze Street under the railway station in Taiyuan City, a complete set of construction techniques was established through the combination of theoretical analysis and on-site construction. The main research results were as follows :(1 ) the previous construction experience was carried out, to sum up, form the principle of the pipe jacking construction process, establish a complete construction process, and summarize the characteristics and scope of the process;(2) the key technology of the pipe jacking construction process was studied, and the technical measures were theoretically analyzed and numerically verified to verify the technical feasibility;(3) through the application of the pipe jacking technology, the jacking effect of the project meets the design requirements, and the rationality and effectiveness of the technology are verified.
