大数据带来了数据化、预测化、实时化、体系化等防控思维上的变化,立体化治安防控体系设计、精准预防、精准打击、指挥调度都越来越依托于大数据。治安防控体系中的大数据建设存在"数据孤岛"现象突出、数据量少质差、数据来源少采集难、数据库维护更新不及时、民警缺乏大数据处理的能力等问题。应当从完善法制保障、提升平台建设、培养数据文化、建立保护屏障、提高人员素质五方面优化社会治安大数据防控体系。

Big data has brought about changes in the thinking of public security prevention and control, such as digitization, prediction, real - time and systematization. The design of three - dimensional public security prevention and control system, precise prevention, precise strike and command and dispatch all rely more and more on big data. The construction of big data in the public security prevention and control system has such problems as prominent " data island" phenomenon, low data quantity and poor quality, difficulty in data collection with few data sources, slow maintenance and update of database, and lack of big data processing ability of civil police. The big data prevention and control system for public security should be optimized from five aspects, including perfecting legal system, improving platform construction, cultivating data culture, building protection barriers and improving personnel quality.
