摘要
于韦斯屈莱是芬兰小学教师教育的发源地。本文对于韦斯屈莱大学2007—2009年、2014-2017年两份小学教师教育课程大纲中的能力目标、课程内容及两版之间的异同进行了阐释与分析。针对旧版课程繁杂分散、理论与实践联系不够紧密的问题,芬兰已经在"研究取向"的教师教育课程的基础之上开发了"现象取向"的教师教育课程。新版课程以学生为本,致力于培养能够分析与概念化现实生活中复杂教育现象的"研究取向"的小学教师。
Jyvaskyla is the birthplace of the class teacher education in Finland. Through the interpretation and analysis of the competency goals, the content of the curriculum, the similarities and differences between the two versions of the curriculum(2007-2009 and 2014-2017), the results can be found, due to the old version of the curriculum is complicated and scattered, the connection between theory and practice is not close enough,Finland has developed phenomenon-based curriculum based on the research-based curriculum. The teacher education curriculum 2014-2017 is student-centered, and dedicated to train class teachers to be able to analyze and research the complex educational phenomena in real life.
