从精准医疗的角度看药物难治性癫痫 被引量：12

Drug-resistant epilepsy in precision medicine era

摘要 药物难治性癫痫是癫痫治疗的难点,随着基因检查的普及,我们对癫痫及药物难治性癫痫有了新的认识和了解,对药物难治性癫痫的诊断、治疗及其发病机制的研究都将迎来新的机遇与挑战。本文将从精准医疗的角度,对新时代下药物难治性癫痫的定义、发病机制的研究现状和未来的治疗策略进行综述,为进一步的研究奠定基础。 Drug-resistance is a very serious problem in epilepsy treatment.With the expanding of genetic detection worldwide,new understandings in epilepsy and drug-resistant epilepsy bring new opportunities and challenges for the further researches in this area.We redefine drug resistant epilepsy,summarize its mechanisms and predict its treatments in future.
