三倍体泥鳅田间生长性能研究

Study on the field growth performance of triploid loach

本研究选取培育的四组不同杂交组合(正交组:大鳞副泥鳅♀×四倍体泥鳅♂;反交组:四倍体泥鳅♀×大鳞副泥鳅♂;自交组:四倍体泥鳅自交;对照组:大鳞副泥鳅自交) F1苗种,就三倍体泥鳅田间生长性能分别在河南省水产科学研究院科研基地和范县和升渔泥鳅育种基地实施田间生长对比试验,以研究三倍体泥鳅田间生长性能及优势,为三倍体泥鳅育种、规模化生产提供依据。

The F1 seedlings from four different hybrid combinations were selected to test the field growth performance of triploid loach in the scientific research base of Henan Academy of Fishery Sciences and in the Heshengyu loach breeding base of Fan County. The combinations included orthogonal group(large scale vice loach ♀ x tetraploid loach came), the alternating group(tetraploid loach ♀ x large scale vice loach came), self-cross group(tetraploid loach self-cross) and control group(large scale vice loach selfing). It aimed to study the field growth performance and advantages of triploid loach, and provide basis for breeding and large-scale production of triploid loach.
