水产专业就业结构矛盾与就业见习基地建设对策分析

Analysis on the employment structural imbalance of aquatic specialty and the countermeasures for the construction of employment trainee base

作为农学专业之一的水产专业,近年来的毕业学生人数稳中有增,虽增量不大,但就业缺口较大。从目前水产专业就业特点来看,存在着就业结构性矛盾突出,毕业生从事相关行业人数有限,面临着多元就业渠道尤其是就业基地建设有待完善等诸多问题亟待解决,本文从水产就业基地建设对策分析角度寻找就业结构矛盾的解决路径,提升水产专业的就业质量。

In recent years, the number of aquaculture graduates majors has increased steadily but the job opportunities available are far from enough. Regarding current employment characteristics of aquatic specialty, there are some problems need to be solved: structural imbalance in employment, fewer graduates working on aquaculture,limited options in employment and construction of employment base. This paper aims to find a solution to the problems to better the employment of aquaculture graduates.
