摘要
党的十九大报告明确提出实施"乡村振兴战略"。土地整治是促进广大农村地区脱贫攻坚、共同建设小康社会的重要途径。本研究基于土地整治范畴,围绕"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕"的总要求,分析乡村振兴对土地整治的诉求,提出实施"土地整治+",助力乡村振兴。
The Political Report of the Party's 19th Congress clearly puts forward the implementation of "Rural Revitalization Strategy”.Land reclamation is an important way to promote poverty-aid for helping the population in poverty rural and common construct a well-off society.This paper based on the category of land renovation, centering on general requirements of "Flourish Industry , Eco-Living, local custom civilization, effective governance, rich life",we analysis the appeal of village rejuvenation for land reclamation. Implementation of ‘land reclamation plus’ boosting rural revitalization is proposed.
