基于熵权法的上海港口物流竞争力评价

Study on the Evaluation of Shanghai Port′s Logistics Competitiveness

上海港是我国的重要枢纽港,提升上海港物流竞争力对上海乃至全国意义重大。建立了衡量港口物流竞争力评价指标体系,引入熵权TOPSIS分析法对我国八个主要港口的评价指数进行运算,并根据运算结果对港口进行排名。结果表明,在我国范围内,上海港口物流竞争力综合实力第一,尤其在港口物流腹地经济水平和港口物流供给能力方面具有绝对的优势,但港口物流发展潜力方面与广州港和厦门港存在差距。最后对上海港提高物流竞争力提出了建议。

Shanghai port is an important hub port in China. It is of great significance to enhancing the competitiveness of Shanghai port logistics to Shanghai and even the whole country. This paper has established an evaluation system to measure logistics competitiveness of port and apply the method of Entropy - weighting TOPSIS to analyze eight major ports in China. Based on the calculation result, all the ports are ranked. The results show that within China, logistics competitiveness of Shanghai ranked first, especially in terms of port logistics hinterland economic level and port logistics supply capacity, but there is gap as compared with Guangzhou Port and Xiamen Port in the logistics development potential. At last, suggestions are given to enhance the logistics competitiveness of Shanghai port.
