摘要
当前,我国在社区治理的进程中,往往过分的看重制度供给、物质投入、技术支持等工具理性层面的强权,而社区中的公共精神,则被我们所忽略、遗忘。为此,我们在社区治理的进程中必须要注重对公共精神的培育,以实现对社区公共精神的重塑。本文先从社区治理中公共精神的内涵入手,再探讨了社区治理中公共精神的价值,并在此基础上提出了社区治理中公共精神的培育路径,希望以此来推动社区善治的最终实现。
At present, in the process of community governance, China often over-emphasizes the power of rational factors such as institutional supply, material input, and technical support, while the public spirit in the community is ignored and forgotten by us. To this end, we must pay attention to the cultivation of the public spirit in the process of community governance in order to achieve the reshaping of the public spirit of the community. This paper starts with the connotation of public spirit in community governance, and then discusses the value of public spirit in community governance. On this basis, it proposes the cultivation path of public spirit in community governance, hoping to promote the ultimate realization of community good governance.
