淮南豆腐文化译介问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures in the translation and introduction of tofu culture in Huainan

作为豆腐的发源地,淮南豆腐文化源远流长,底蕴深厚,潜力巨大。然而,作为弱势地方文化,淮南豆腐文化的译介尚未引起足够的重视,在物质、制度、行为和精神四个层面还存在着不少问题和不足,缺乏系统性、标准性、连续性和和特色性译介。地方政府在"文化兴市"战略决策过程中需要树立高度的文化自觉和文化自信,积极联合多方文化传播力量,为"八公山豆腐"的译名正名,并遵循"从无到有,文化为先,以点带面,创新思维"的传播策略,做好科学规划、政策扶持、人才储备、资源利用和传播路径的多元化,推进淮南豆腐文化的动态传承和创新传播。

As the birthplace of tofu, Huainan’s tofu culture has a long history, profound foundation and great potential. However, as a weak local culture, the translation of Huainan tofu culture has not aroused enough attention. There are still many problems and deficiencies in terms of four cultural levels, i.e. material level, institutional level, behavioral level and spiritual level, which lead to a lack of systematic, standard, continuous and distinctive translation of Huainan tofu culture. Faced with such unfavorable situation, Huainan needs to establish a high degree of cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence in the strategic decision-making process of “culturally revitalizing the city”. It also needs to actively unite various cultural communication forces to correct the translated name of “Bagongshan tofu” and follow the communication strategies of “progressive development, cultural priority, radiation effect, and innovative thinking” as its countermeasures, so as to achieve scientific planning, policy support, talent reserve, resource utilization and diversification of communication for Huainan tofu culture, and promote its dynamic inheritance and innovative communication to the outside world.
