摘要
从教育层面、学校层面、教师层面阐述高校青年教师综合能力评价体系构建的必要性,以安徽省A大学为例,分析该学校在青年教师综合能力培养机制和评价现状并在此基础上着重提出高校青年教师综合能力评价程序的几点建议。
From the levels of education, universities and teachers, the necessity of building the comprehensive ability evaluation system for young teachers in colleges and universities is expounded. Taking University A in Anhui Province as an example, this paper analyzes the training mechanism and evaluation status of the comprehensive ability of young teachers in the university and puts forward some suggestions on the evaluation procedure of comprehensive ability of young teachers in colleges and universities.
