岭南农村住房的发展探索

The Development of Rural Housing in Lingnan

改革开放以来的经济发展使岭南农村的建筑质量有了质的飞越,但建筑形态趋同、文化传承不足已然弱化了地域和文化特性。岭南农村建筑多呈风貌杂乱、混搭西方元素的"火柴盒"形式,"有新房无新村、有新村无新貌、有新貌无特色"的广东农村整体风貌亟待改善。基于此,文章对广东农房的岭南建筑发展方向做了多方面的探索。

Economic development since the reform and opening-up policy has improved the building quality of Lingnan rural areas.But similar building forms and lack of cultural inheritance has already weaken the characters of local culture.The houses in Lingnan rural areas are mostly in the form of"matchboxes"with mixed styles and western elements.The overall style of Guangdong rural areas,namely"new houses without new villages,new villages without new outlook,and new outlook without features",needs to be improved urgently.Therefore,this paper explores in many aspects for the development of Lingnan rural houses in Guangdong province.
