文章从城市规划的角度,针对集成电路设计企业的走访,阐述了在集成电路设计产业园规划阶段,以使用主体为关注点,针对集成电路研发设计企业及人员特征提出规划设计方法。

From the perspective of urban planning,combining with the author’s visit to the integrated circuit design enterprises,this paper elaborates the planning and design method of integrated circuit design industry park,which focuses on the user at the planning stage,aiming at the characteristics of integrated circuit research and design enterprises and personnel.
