中小型城镇组群发展特征与策略研究

Study on the Development Characteristics and Strategies of Medium and Small Towns Cluster

中小型城镇密集地区面临增长乏力等发展困境,通过组群协同发展培育增长极带动区域整体发展成为该类地区的重要战略选择。本研究选取正在实施的三个城镇组群案例为研究对象,分类阐述了三种不同城镇组群类型的差异化特征,归纳总结了中小型城镇组群具有的共性发展策略,以期为国内其他中小型城镇组群发展的战略推进和政策实施提供有益借鉴。

Medium and small towns agglomeration areas are facing the development dilemma of weak growth.It is an important strategic choice for such areas to foster growth poles and promote the overall development of the region through coordinated development of the cluster.This study chooses three towns cluster which are being implemented as the research object,classifies and expounds different characteristics of three different types of towns cluster,and summarizes common development strategies of medium and small towns cluster in order to provide useful reference for the strategic promotion and policy implementation of other medium and small towns cluster in China.
