摘要
建设规模也称生产规模,是指项目设定的正常生产运营年份可能达到的生产能力或使用效益。不同类型项目建设规模的表述不同:工业项目通常以年产量、年加工量、装机容量等表述;农林水利项目以年产量、种植面积、灌溉面积、防洪治涝面积、水库库容、供水能力等表述;城市基础设施项目和服务行业项目以年处理量、建筑面积、服务能力等表述^([1])。项目建设规模是否合理是项目可行性分析的重要一环,文中将以石排镇中心小学新建工程项目为例,阐述项目建设规模合理性的分析思路。
The scale of construction,also referred to as the production scale,refers to the production capacity or use efficiency that may be achieved in the normal production and operation years set by the project.The scale of construction of different types of projects is different.Industrial projects are usually expressed in terms of annual output,annual processing capacity,installed capacity,etc.;agricultural and forestry water conservancy projects are expressed in terms of annual output,planting area,irrigated area,area for flood control and treatment,reservoir storage capacity and water supply capacity.Urban infrastructure projects and service industry projects are expressed in terms of annual processing capacity,building area,and service capacity[1].Whether the project construction scale is reasonable or not is an important part of the project feasibility analysis.This paper will take new construction project of Shipai Town Central Primary School as an example to explain the rationality of the project construction scale.
