新城镇背景下乡村小镇发展的路径选择与规划模式研究——以方山诸葛营村为例

Research on the Path Selection and Planning Mode Selection of Rural Towns Under the Background of New Rural Towns——A Case of Fangshan Zhuge Camp Village

新城镇建设理念及其实践的发展给乡村小镇的发展提出了新的发展思路和实践样板。根据新城镇建设的相关要求,乡村小镇在发展中,因地制宜地选择发展的路径和进行科学合理的规划,是建设乡村特色小镇、发挥乡村小镇优势的有效途径。文章结合方山诸葛营村建设旅游乡村的规划建设案例,就新城镇背景下乡村小镇发展的路径选择与规划模式进行了初步分析。

The new town construction concept and its practice have proposed new development thought and practice model for rural town development.According to relevant requirements of the construction of new towns,in the development of rural towns,it is an effective way to make full use of the advantages of rural towns to choose the development path and make scientific and reasonable planning according to local conditions.Combing the planning and construction case of the tourism village construction of Zhuge camp village in Fangshan,this paper makes a preliminary analysis on the path selection and planning development mode of rural towns under the background of new towns.
