Driven by the rapid development of the national economy and population growth,the Chinese construction industry has ushered in a good development period,and the number and scale of construction projects have expanded year by year.Electromechanical engineering is an integral part of construction engineering.The construction efficiency and construction quality of electromechanical engineering are directly related to the construction project.The application of BIM technology in building electrical and mechanical engineering construction can improve the construction efficiency and engineering quality of electromechanical engineering.This paper clarifies the characteristics of BIM technology and studies the application of BIM technology in building electrical and mechanical engineering to promote the development of the construction industry.
