关于高层民用住宅建筑施工管理的探讨

Discussion on Construction Management of High-Rise Civil Residential Buildings

为有效缓解城市土地资源紧张问题及提高城市土地的利用价值,高层住宅越来越多。高层建筑对建筑质量、建筑稳定性以及安全性的要求更高。因此,在高层民用住宅建筑施工中采用有效的施工管理方法显得十分重要。基于以上情况,文章对当前高层民用建筑的施工管理现状做了简要介绍,分析了高层建筑的施工特点,并深入探讨如何提升高层建筑的施工管理措施,以期为相关施工管理人员提供一定借鉴。

In order to effectively solve the shortage of urban land resources and enhance the value of urban land use,more and more residential buildings choose high-rise buildings.High-rise buildings have higher requirements for building quality,stability and safety.Therefore,it is very important to adopt effective construction management methods in the construction of high-rise residential buildings.Based on the above situation,this paper briefly introduces current construction management of high-rise civil buildings,analyses the construction characteristics of high-rise buildings,and deeply discusses how to improve the construction management measures of highrise buildings,with a view to provide a reference for relevant construction managers.
