加味金匮肾气丸治疗肾虚血瘀型不育症验案

Cases of infertility due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis treated by modified Shenqi Pill

受年长而体虚,久病致虚、致瘀等诸多因素影响,大龄男性精液质量显著降低,肾虚血瘀型不育症在临床上尤为多见。加味金匮肾气丸为经典方剂肾气丸化裁而来,具有补肾活血之功效。文章以辨证论治为纲,运用加味金匮肾气丸治疗肾虚血瘀型不育症,在改善患者精液各项参数指标方面取得一定疗效。

With the opening of the second-child policy,the semen quality of older couples was significantly decreased due to several factors,such as aging and deficiency and blood stasis of body caused by chronic disease,in addition infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis is especially common in clinical practice. Modified Shenqi pill is a traditional prescription of Shenqi pill,which has the effect of replenishing renal and vivifying blood flow. Based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,the author used modified Shenqi pill to treat the infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and achieved certain efficacy in improving various parameters of the semen of the patients.
