文章对目前智能化技术在住宅小区中的应用情况作了简要介绍,进而分析了其所依赖的数字信息平台和控制管理平台等两大技术平台的建设,最后阐述了其在住宅小区中的应用,以促进其不断发展。

This paper gives a brief introduction to the current situation of intelligent technology,and then analyzes the construction of the digital information platform and the control and management platform on which it depends,and finally expounds its application in the residential area,in order to promote its development.
