阿托伐他汀钙对高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者C反应蛋白等相关指标的影响研究

Effect of atorvastatin calcium on C-reactive protein in patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerostic plaque

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙对高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者C反应蛋白(CRP)等相关指标的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2017年5月—2018年6月期间收治的80例高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为2组各40例。对照组采用硝苯地平治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平+阿托伐他汀钙治疗,对比2组临床疗效、血压水平、CRP及血脂水平。结果对照组治疗总有效率较观察组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组DBP、SBP及CRP均明显降低,且与对照组相比观察组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);治疗后,2组HDL-C、LDL-C、TG及TC均改善,且观察组HDL-C较对照组高,LDL-C、TG及TC较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者采用阿托伐他汀钙联合硝苯地平治疗可有效提升临床疗效,维持患者血压稳定,降低CRP水平,还可调节患者血脂。

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium on C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerostic plaque.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerostic plaque in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All selected cases were divided into two groups by treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given nifedipine,while observation group was treated with nifedipine and atorvastatin calcium.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,CRP and blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of control group was lower than that of observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the DBP,SBP and CRP in the two groups decreased,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HDL-C,LDL-C,TG and TC in the two groups improved,the HDL-C of observation group was higher than that of control group,while the LDL-C,TG,TC in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with nifedipine in treatment of patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerostic plaque can increase clinical efficacy,maintain stable blood pressure,decrease the level of CRP,and regulate blood lipid.
