摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARs)是一类由受体激活的转录因子,可以调节糖、脂质代谢,参与机体的炎症反应、细胞凋亡和动脉粥样硬化(AS)等疾病过程。PPARs可分为过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体β(PPARβ)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ),目前PPARγ的研究最为广泛,PPARγ的翻译后修饰主要包括磷酸化、乙酰化、泛素化和小泛素相关修饰物化(SUMO化)等。近年来研究发现,PPARγ及其翻译后的磷酸化修饰与动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、肿瘤等疾病密切相关。 Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) is a class of receptor-activated transcription factors that regulate sugar, lipid metabolism, and participate in the body′s inflammatory response, apoptosis,and atherosclerosis (AS).PPARs can be divided into peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α(PPARα), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor β(PPARβ) and peroxisome probiferator-activated receptor (PPARγ). Currently, PPARγ is the most widely studied, post-translational modification of PPARγ mainly includes phosphorylation, acetylation, ubiquitination and small ubiquitin-related modification (SUMO). In recent years, it has been found that PPARγ and its phosphorylation modification is closely related to diseases such as atherosclerosis, diabetes and tumor.
